Extended Christmas Returns
We know the holidays are a special time for giving — and we want your gifts to feel just right.
To make things a little easier, any orders placed on or after November 1st, 2025 can be returned up until January 11th, 2026, or within our usual returns period — whichever is longer.
We are happy to offer a refund* on any unsuitable items returned back to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in resale-able condition.
*Refunds exclude all shipping costs.
How to return your item(s)
- To return your item/s please email: support@jasonmarkk.com for a returns number.
- Package up your return items securely, include a short note with your name, order number and your preference for a refund.
- Post your return back to us, using your preferred mail or courier service. We recommend that you use a tracked service and insure the return for the full value of the goods as the customer is responsible until we sign for the receipt of the goods.
